The Great Beyond is my second solo-exhibition with London-based StolenSpace Gallery which took place in May of 2015. In the paintings I explored the subject of exploration. Both personal and in a global sense. It touches topics of adventurism, migration, colonialism as well as themes on pushing boundaries both physically and technologically. The works evokes contemplation in ironic compositions that reflect on the relationship of these genres with personal experiences.
